INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS

HYDRAULIC JACKS, CYLINDERS AND PUMPS

We offer very wide range of products. Our bottle jacks start from the smallest one of 1,6 tons up to 50 tons jack, as follows:

  • 1,6 ; 2,5 ; 3,5 ; 5 ; 8 ; 10 ; 16 tons - telescopic versions (double piston)
  • 8 ; 10 ; 12 ; 16 ; 20 ; 25 ; 30 ; 50 tons - single piston versions
  • side-lifting jacks of capacity 16/5 tons
  • various types of hydraulic cylinders, jibs and pumps (also for individual requests)

    • All of our jacks are fitted with safety valve, which protects them from overloading.

    HYDRAULIC PRESSES

    We offer 6 types of hand-operated hydraulic presses. They are useful, easy in operation and suitable tools for garages and workshops.

  • hand-operated hydraulic presses of 5 tons and 10 tons capacity (table versions)
  • hand-operated hydraulic presses of 10 tons, 16 tons, 25 tons and 32 tons capacity (floor versions)
  • oil-filter squeezing device as an additional equipment for hydraulic presses, helpful in dealing with overworked filters

    • The presses are equipped as follows:

  • 7 levels of adjustable table height which enables working on items of different dimensions,
  • double pumping system that gives opportunity both to quick and slow piston moving,
  • steel base of our floor presses makes their construction solid, firm and easy to place.
  • all presses include whole set of piston and table devices.

    Presses may be also made in version with adjustable hydraulic cylinder, which can be moved along the upper bar.

    GAUGE SETS FOR CONCRETE EXAMINATION

    We make gauge sets for examination of small concrete items, i.e. paving blocks, paving slabs and curbing blocks. They meet the requirements of European Norms: EN-12390-4, EN-1338, EN-1339, EN-1340.

    The whole gauge set consists of:

  • Hand-operated hydraulic press of pressing force 200kN (frame, table, hydraulic set and pump) - symbol PHP-200
  • Gauge with precise digital manometer,
  • Device for curving blocks examination - symbol PZK-200,
  • Manual and Technical Specification,
  • Attestation of gauge.

    • We offer additional equipment:

  • Device for examination of paving slabs bending strength - symbol PPCH-200,
  • Device for cracking paving blocks - symbol PKB-200.
